Job summary

ADESA, a Carvana-owned company, is seeking a role focused on dealer consignments and account management to ensure auction readiness of vehicles. You will liaise with customers, oversee reconditioning, review repair orders, and manage inventory for efficient sale processes.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, and ideally have automotive or auction experience with computer systems proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.
• Automotive or auction experience preferred; proficiency with computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between auction operations and customers while performing pre-sale quality checks.
• Oversee vehicle reconditioning and coordinate repairs based on account criteria for sale readiness.
• Review and write repair orders and track them in the PC system, coordinating with shops.
• Assist with inventory management by locating, numbering, and moving vehicles with VIN checks.
• Track missing units and help locate vehicles for customers.
• Apply numbering, tagging, and stickers to vehicles and prepare them for sale.
• Coordinate sale day activities to ensure an efficient, customer-focused auction experience.
• Perform basic vehicle diagnostics to decide if a vehicle should move to the Mechanic Shop.
• Walk vehicles with customer representatives for a final quality check.
