Job summary

ADESA, a Carvana-owned company, is seeking a hands-on Vehicle Transport Associate to move and stage vehicles across the lot, ensuring efficient flow for auctions. You will operate various makes and sizes under supervision, prioritizing safety and accuracy.

The role requires clear English communication, basic computer skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.
• Able to safely drive a variety of vehicle makes, models and sizes.
• Automotive or auction experience preferred.
• Proficient with computer systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Safe operations driving vehicles on the lot.
• Vehicle staging to support efficient lot flow.
• Safely move, stage, and park various vehicles.
• Move vehicles from the finish line to designated parking spots by order.
• Scan parked vehicles in the Internal Tracking system.
• Jump-start vehicles using a battery box.
• Maintain safe work areas and report hazards.
• Follow procedures for accidents, injuries, or property damage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
