The Cube Chicago is seeking a General Manager to lead a premium socialising and entertainment venue. You will oversee 150+ staff across F&B and attractions, ensuring top-notch operations, service and safety standards. Salary to be discussed in interview.

As GM you will drive performance, manage budgets, collaborate with senior management, and maintain brand-aligned marketing and guest experiences.

Qualificações

• Must have GM experience in leisure/hospitality.
• Proven P&L and KPI management capabilities.
• Leadership of large teams (150+).
• Experience with F&B operations and attractions.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee venue operations across F&B, attractions and sales.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, safety and cleanliness.
• Lead management team of 4 and staff of 100+.
• Liaise with senior management, partners, suppliers and media.
• Provide timely performance reporting and daily departmental venue reports.
• Document staff and customer issues per procedures.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, booking, ticketing and POS systems.
• Ensure on-site marketing and communications stay within brand.
• Maintain safety and compliance standards.
• Assist with Cube operation knowledge as needed.
