Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage CMEs, IMEs, depositions and trial appearances.
• Coordinate physician availability for depositions, hearings and trials.
• Maintain and manage physicians' litigation calendars with deadlines and appointments.
• Communicate with attorneys, law firms, insurers, patients and legal reps to arrange participation.
• Monitor depositions and trial dates for conflicts and resolutions.
• Prepare appointment confirmations, notices, and documentation for physicians and others.
