National General - Bodily Injury Adjuster (Remote)

National General, part of The Allstate Corporation, offers various insurance products through independent agents and directly to consumers. We are seeking experienced Bodily Injury Adjusters for a remote role, preferably in Mountain or Pacific time zones.

Responsibilities

1. Investigate and confirm facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents.
2. Determine coverage, liability, damages, and negotiate claims within authority limits.
3. Handle investigations related to all aspects of auto claims, including injuries, coverage, liability, and damages.
4. Recognize vehicle body parts and assess property damage.
5. Identify customer needs and provide excellent customer service.
6. Evaluate subrogation or fraud potential and determine appropriate actions.
7. Apply advanced knowledge in specialized areas or roles within claims adjustment.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree (4 years)
• Preferred: 2+ years of relevant experience

This role does not include supervisory responsibilities. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of formal requirements.

Compensation

Base salary ranges from $47,500 to $99,190 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Total compensation may include incentives such as bonuses or commissions.
