Responsible for investigating and confirming the facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents. Determines coverage, liability, damages, and adjusts and negotiates claims within the limit of authority.

Role Details

• This is a remote opportunity for experienced Bodily Injury Adjusters. Preferred locations are Mountain or Pacific time zones.
• Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies, industry standards, and organizational relationships.
• Handles investigation of all aspects of advanced auto claims, including coverage, liability, and damages, with discretion and independence.
• Reviews, evaluates, and negotiates basic to moderate injury claims.
• Recognizes vehicle body parts and potential property damage.
• Identifies customer needs and utilizes customer service skills to meet them.
• Determines subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate actions.
• Utilizes experience in specialized areas such as Coverage, Investigation, Total Loss, etc.

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Additional Information

This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Compensation

Base salary ranges from $47,500 to $99,190 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation may include incentive pay such as bonuses or commissions.
