Job summary

PSI in New York City is seeking an experienced associate attorney for a fast-paced plaintiff no-fault firm. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of experience; entry-level considered, with strong negotiation, communication skills, and solid knowledge of no-fault law. Position is full-time and in-person, Monday–Friday with 8-hour shifts.

Active NY Bar is preferred and licensing requirements apply. Responsibilities include managing daily virtual court calendars, litigation and arbitration files,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience; entry level considered.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills required.
• Solid understanding of no-fault law.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily virtual court calendar in designated venue.
• Manage litigation files from inception through trial.
• Manage arbitration files from inception through arbitration hearing.
• Prepare motions and memoranda of law.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery, demands and responses.
• Draft reports and provide file analysis; attend court and arbitration appearances.
