Base pay range

$160,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr

Day-to-Day

• Defend employers in discrimination, harassment, whistleblower, wage‑hour class/collective actions, and restrictive‑covenant disputes in federal and Massachusetts state courts
• Draft and argue dispositive motions, anti‑SLAPP motions, and complex discovery disputes in the District of Massachusetts and MCAD proceedings
• Take and defend high‑level executive depositions and expert depositions on damages and statistical analyses
• Lead strategy on internal investigations, reductions‑in‑force, and executive separations for public and private companies
• Second‑chair or first‑chair jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations in high‑exposure employment matters
