Base pay range

$180,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr

Day-to-Day

Defend employers in FLSA collectives, Title VII discrimination, and whistleblower cases from EEOC charge through jury trial in S.D. Fla and state courts
Draft and argue motions to dismiss, compel arbitration, and decertify classes in wage-hour and misclassification disputes
Take depositions of executives, HR witnesses, and damages experts nationwide
Lead internal investigations, reductions-in-force, and executive separation negotiations involving equity clawbacks
Prepare and second-chair (then first-chair) jury trials and arbitrations in high-exposure employment matters
