Qualifications

Base pay range

$155,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Defend carriers and insureds in premises liability, construction defect, products liability, and professional malpractice actions from intake through verdict
• Draft and argue dispositive motions and Daubert challenges in Massachusetts Superior Court and the District of Massachusetts
• Take and defend depositions of plaintiffs, experts, corporate witnesses, and treating physicians throughout New England
• Coordinate large-scale discovery and expert retention in complex multi-party litigation
• Second-chair and eventually first-chair jury trials in Boston, Worcester, and federal courts on high-exposure liability matters
