Base Pay Range

$150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Day‑to‑Day

• Defend single‑plaintiff and class/collective actions involving discrimination, harassment, whistleblower, wage‑hour, and restrictive covenant claims
• Draft and argue dispositive motions in SDNY, EDNY, and New York Supreme courts
• Take and defend high‑level executive and expert depositions nationwide
• Lead strategy on EEOC/NYSDHR position statements, mediations, and arbitrations
• Second‑chair or first‑chair bench and jury trials in complex employment disputes
