• Advisory & Counseling: Provide daily strategic guidance to help clients navigate complex workplace issues, employee benefits, and equity-based compensation requirements.
• Policy Architecture: Draft technically precise employment-related policies and agreements that protect client interests and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Workplace Investigations: Lead and conduct sensitive internal investigations and deliver high-level compliance training to diverse client teams.
• Matter Ownership: Take full ownership over matters, exercising sound judgment and problem‑solving skills to meet business goals and achieve favorable results.

Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years of dedicated employment law experience within a reputable law firm, including experience before administrative agencies and courts.

• Bar Admission: Must be admitted to practice, or eligible for admission, in Massachusetts.
