Job summary

Eden Rose USA seeks an Employment Litigation Associate in Winston-Salem, NC. The role offers exposure to sophisticated employer-side clients across a broad range of Labor & Employment matters and a chance to work with experienced attorneys in a collaborative practice.

You will handle a varied caseload, draft pleadings and motions, and manage multiple matters with supervision and growth opportunities for your employment-law practice.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of law firm experience in civil litigation and/or Labor & Employment (discrimination, harassment, wage and hour)
• Strong interest and experience in Employment Litigation
• Experience managing multiple litigation matters
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery and other litigation documents
• North Carolina Bar admission
• Hybrid working environment

Basic Salary: $140,000 - $190,000 + Bonus And Benefits

A Highly reputable and respected law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Employment Litigation Associate to its growing Winston-Salem practice.

The role offers the opportunity to work closely with sophisticated employer-side clients across a broad range of Labor & Employment matters, including employment litigation, workplace disputes and day-to-day employment advice. The successful candidate will gain exposure to complex matters while working alongside experienced attorneys within an established and collaborative practice.

Requirements
