This is an excellent opportunity for associates to provide legal service within a sophisticated practice and assume a significant role in all aspects of labor and employment law. The role requires extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies and opposing counsel.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research, drafting of legal memoranda, motions and pleadings.
• Attend court conferences and handle discovery-related activities and investigations.
• Draft position statements and dispositive motions, and counsel clients on employment‑law‑related matters.
• Provide legal service within a sophisticated, team‑oriented environment.

Requirements
