Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a mid level Real Estate Associate to join its Los Angeles, CA office. The role offers direct access to sophisticated real estate finance matters for major lender clients, with meaningful drafting responsibility from day one.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of law firm real estate experience required.
• Strong experience in real estate financing and lender representation.
• Excellent drafting of loan documents and diligence of title/survey.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support real estate financing transactions for lender clients.
• Represent lenders on loan originations, refinancings and related matters.
• Draft and negotiate loan documents with attention to risk allocation.
• Manage title and survey review, diligence and closing deliverables.
• Collaborate with partners, associates and clients, taking substantive ownership.

This role offers direct access to sophisticated real estate finance matters for major lender clients, with meaningful drafting responsibility and client contact from day one. You will work closely with experienced partners in a well established real estate group, creating a credible platform for long term advancement within a collaborative, training focused environment.

The Role

• Lead and support real estate financing transactions for lender side clients
• Represent lenders on loan originations, refinancings and related real estate matters
• Draft and negotiate loan documents with a focus on accuracy and commercial risk allocation
• Manage title and survey review, diligence and related closing deliverables
• Collaborate directly with partners, associates and clients, taking substantive deal ownership

Ideal Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a mid level Real Estate Associate with:

• 4 to 6 years of law firm real estate experience
• Substantial experience in real estate financing and lender representation
• Strong loan document drafting skills plus title and survey diligence capability
• Membership in the California Bar or ability to gain California admission
• Excellent academic credentials and communication skills, with experience from a well regarded firm
• $310,000 to $390,000 base salary, depending on experience
• Annual performance based bonus opportunity
• Target billable hours of 1,800
