AmLaw 50 Firm in Century City/Los Angeles is seeking a mid-level associate attorney to join its Real Estate Practice Group. The role involves advising on sophisticated real estate transactions across markets, with a hybrid work arrangement in Century City and Los Angeles.

The candidate should have a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission, 2–8 years of real estate law experience, and strong drafting and negotiating skills for loan documents, title, and survey diligence.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing
• 2-8 years of substantive experience in real estate law
• Experience in real estate financing, lender representation, and drafting loan documents
• Proficiency in handling title and survey diligence
• Strong analytical ability, excellent drafting and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders and other clients in complex commercial real estate transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements and related transaction documents
• Conduct title and survey review, analysis, and resolution of related issues

• Competitive Salary: Expected annual salary range of $235,000-$390,000, as determined by experience and market factors
