Our client is an international AmLaw 50 law firm seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join its Real Estate Practice Group in Century City / Los Angeles. This hybrid role offers exposure to sophisticated real estate transactions across markets and industries.

Ideal candidates hold a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission, 2–8 years in real estate, and strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Lenders representation and financing experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2-8 years of substantive experience in real estate law.
• Experience in real estate financing, lender representation, and drafting loan documents.
• Proficiency in handling title and survey diligence.
• Strong analytical ability, excellent drafting and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders and other clients in complex commercial real estate transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements and related transaction documents.
• Conduct title and survey review, analysis, and resolution of related issues.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on real estate financing structures and risk mitigation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: Expected annual salary range of $235,000-$390,000, as determined by experience and market factors
