Ideal candidates hold a JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academics, active bar admission, and 2–8 years in real estate law, including financing, lender representation, and loan documents. Hybrid work in Century City/LA.

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2–8 years of substantive experience in real estate law.
• Demonstrated experience in real estate financing, lender representation, and drafting loan documents.
• Proficiency in handling title and survey diligence.
• Soft skills: strong analytical ability, drafting and communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: Expected annual salary range of $235,000-$390,000, as determined by experience and market factors
