Ideal candidates have a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar, 2-8 years in real estate, real estate financing, lender representation, loan documents, and strong drafting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2-8 years of substantive experience in real estate law.
• Experience in real estate financing, lender representation, and drafting loan documents.
• Proficiency in title and survey diligence.
• Strong analytical, drafting and communication skills with multi-project management.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders and clients in complex commercial real estate transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements and related documents.
• Conduct title and survey review, analysis, and resolution of issues.

Our client, a prominent internationalAmLaw 50 law firm, is seeking a talented mid-level Associate Attorney to join theirnationally recognized Real Estate Practice Group in Century City, Dallas, or Los Angeles.This is an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative, high-performing team advising on sophisticated real estate transactions across multiple markets and industries.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing
• 2-8 years of substantive experience in real estate law
• Demonstrated experience in real estate financing, lender representation, and drafting loan documents
• Proficiency in handling title and survey diligence
• Soft skills: Strong analytical ability, excellent drafting and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: Expected annual salary range of $235,000-$390,000, as determined by experience and market factors
