Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution, a discreet international firm, seeks a mid level Commercial Real Estate Associate for its Los Angeles, CA office. You will structure and execute acquisitions, dispositions, and financings across office, retail, logistics and other asset classes for institutional clients with front-line responsibility.

You will draft and negotiate P&S, loan documents, commercial leases, and joint venture agreements, while coordinating due diligence with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of commercial real estate experience at a recognized law firm.
• Background in acquisitions, dispositions, and financings across asset classes.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for P&S, loan, leasing, and JV documents.
• Proven experience managing due diligence, including title, survey, environmental, and zoning reviews.
• Admission to the California bar and ability to work in Los Angeles office five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Structure and execute acquisitions, dispositions, and financings across multiple asset classes.
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, and joint venture agreements.
• Lead and coordinate due diligence, including title, survey, environmental, and zoning reviews.
• Advise on development projects from entitlement through completion with specialist teams.
• Partner with colleagues across tax, construction, and planning to support ongoing real estate matters.

The Role
