Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution, a discreet global platform, seeks a mid level Commercial Real Estate Associate for its San Francisco, CA office. You will handle sophisticated CRE transactions with meaningful responsibility from day one, working with partners and cross-office teams.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of CRE experience at a law firm, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and are willing to attend the SF office five days a week.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of commercial real estate experience at a law firm.
• Hands on experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and real estate financings across multiple asset classes.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for purchase and sale, loan, lease, and joint venture documentation.
• Proven ability to manage due diligence including title, survey, environmental, and zoning reviews.
• Willingness to attend the San Francisco office 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Structure and execute acquisitions, dispositions, and financings across office, retail, logistics, healthcare, student housing, hospitality, and data centers.
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, commercial leases, and joint venture agreements.
• Lead and coordinate due diligence including title, survey, environmental, and zoning reviews.
• Advise on development projects from entitlement through completion, collaborating with tax, construction, and planning teams.
• Support day to day operational real estate matters including lease amendments, assignments, subleases, and tenant issues.

The Role
