We Are Legal Revolution is collaborating with a well established Am Law ranked national full service firm to seek a mid to senior level Real Estate Associate in Chicago, hybrid role.

The ideal candidate will handle complex commercial real estate acquisitions, development, financing, and leasing while working closely with hands-on partners. Chicago-based, the position includes strong training, mentorship, and a broad platform for long-term progression.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of commercial real estate experience
• Experience with purchase and sale, development, property management agreements, and leasing
• Active Illinois bar admission or ability to become admitted promptly
• Strong academic credentials, law school ranked up to ~T50
• Experience with joint ventures, borrower side finance, or real estate funds preferred

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions from structuring through closing
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, and property management agreements
• Handle office, retail, and mixed-use leasing for landlords and tenants
• Collaborate on joint ventures, borrower-side finance, and real estate fund matters
• Work closely with partners while managing day-to-day deal responsibilities and client communications

This real estate team advises sophisticated developers, investors, and institutions on complex commercial transactions and offers associates direct ownership of high value matters. You will work closely with hands on partners, enjoy meaningful client contact, and build a long term career on a respected national platform with strong training and support.

The Role

• Work closely with partners while managing day to day deal responsibilities and client communications

Ideal Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a mid to senior level Real Estate Associate with:

• At least 3 years of commercial real estate experience from a sophisticated law firm environment
• Hands on experience with purchase and sale, development, property management agreements, and leasing
• Active Illinois bar admission or ability to become admitted promptly
• Strong academic credentials, ideally from a law school ranked up to approximately T50
• Experience with joint ventures, borrower side finance, or real estate funds is preferred
• $250,000 to $420,000 base salary, depending on experience
• Performance based bonus opportunity
• Billable expectation of 1,900 hours
