We Are Legal Revolution seeks a mid-level Commercial Real Estate Associate for its Chicago, IL office. You will handle sophisticated transactions across office, retail, logistics, healthcare and hospitality assets, working closely with senior lawyers on a global platform.

You will lead acquisitions, dispositions and financings, draft and negotiate complex agreements, and manage title, survey, environmental and zoning due diligence with cross-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of commercial real estate experience at a reputable law firm.
• Hands-on experience with acquisitions, dispositions and financings across asset classes.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for purchase and sale, loan, lease and JV documents.
• Experience managing due diligence (title, survey, environmental, zoning) on complex transactions.

This role offers direct access to sophisticated commercial real estate transactions across multiple asset classes, with meaningful responsibility on high value matters from day one. The Role

• Structure and execute acquisitions, dispositions and financings across office, retail, logistics, healthcare, student housing and hospitality assets
• Advise on operational and development matters for major real estate investors, developers, lenders and operators
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, commercial leases and joint venture agreements
• Lead and manage title, survey, environmental and zoning due diligence on complex transactions
• Collaborate closely with partners and cross disciplinary teams to deliver commercially focused advice

Ideal Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a mid level Commercial Real Estate Associate with:

• 4 to 6 years of commercial real estate experience at a reputable law firm
• Hands on experience with acquisitions, dispositions and financings across multiple asset classes
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for purchase and sale, loan, lease and joint venture documents
• Experience managing title, survey, environmental and zoning due diligence on sophisticated matters
• Admission to the Illinois bar and willingness to work in the Chicago office 5 days per week
