We Are Legal Revolution is partnering with a highly regarded Am Law ranked global full service firm to recruit a mid to senior level Real Estate Associate Attorney for its Boston, MA office.

The role involves direct access to complex acquisitions, development and financing work for major institutional clients. You will join a partner-led, collaborative team with international reach and strong mentorship for long-term career progression.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of law firm real estate experience.
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions and lender/borrower financings.
• Familiarity with joint ventures, portfolio transactions, REITs and real estate funds.
• New York Bar admission or eligibility to waive into New York.
• Strong academic credentials from a law school ranked in the top 50.

Responsibilities

• Advise on real estate acquisitions and dispositions for institutional, fund and corporate clients.
• Handle construction and permanent financings for both lender and borrower side engagements.
• Work on joint ventures, portfolio transactions, REIT related matters and real estate funds.
• Structure equity joint venture investments and oversee entity formation and governing documentation.
• Engage across multiple asset classes, including residential, industrial, office, retail, hospitality and land.

We Are Legal Revolution is working discreetly with a highly regarded Am Law ranked global full service firm seeking a mid to senior level Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its Boston, MA office.

The firm is seeking a mid to senior level Real Estate Associate Attorney with:

• 3 to 6 years of law firm real estate experience
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions and lender and borrower side financings
• Familiarity with joint ventures, portfolio transactions, REITs and real estate funds
• New York Bar admission or eligibility to waive into New York
• Strong academic credentials from a law school ranked in the top 50
• $260,000 to $390,000 base salary, depending on experience
