Job summary

The successful candidate will manage complex CRE acquisitions and dispositions, advise on multifamily assets and joint ventures, draft and negotiate key agreements, and maintain direct client relationships

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of U.S. commercial real estate transactional experience.
  • Strong acquisitions and dispositions experience.
  • Experience with multifamily assets; joint ventures desirable.
  • AmLaw 200 or comparable firm experience or sophisticated in-house practice.
  • Ability to independently run transactions from start to finish.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation and commercial judgment.
  • Entrepreneurial approach and interest in technology-enabled legal services.
  • Active U.S. Bar license in good standing; California admission preferred.

  • Managing matters independently and maintaining direct client relationships.
  • Helping develop precedents, workflows, playbooks and quality standards as the practice grows.

The Opportunity

We are working with an innovative, high-growth legal platform seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Real Estate Attorney to take a leading role within its expanding real estate practice.


This is a highly autonomous position combining sophisticated transactional work with the opportunity to help build and shape a growing commercial real estate offering.


The successful attorney will lead transactions, advise clients directly and contribute to the development of the practice's processes, playbooks and technology-enabled approach to legal delivery.


The Role

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an attorney with:



  • 7+ years' U.S. commercial real estate transactional experience.

  • Strong acquisitions and dispositions experience.

  • Experience with multifamily assets; joint venture experience is highly desirable.

  • AmLaw 200, comparable law firm or sophisticated in-house experience.

  • The ability to independently run transactions from start to finish.

  • Excellent drafting, negotiation and commercial judgment.

  • An entrepreneurial approach and interest in technology-enabled legal services.

  • An active U.S. Bar license in good standing. California admission is preferred.


Location & Package
