A long-established, preeminent independent firm is seeking a mid-level real estate associate to join its Chambers-ranked commercial real estate practice. The group handles sophisticated transactions for established companies, developers, investors, and other institutional clients.

The practice covers the full transaction lifecycle, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, joint ventures, commercial real estate finance, leasing, and title and survey matters. Associates have substantial responsibility for their matters and regular interaction with both partners and clients.

Who This Is For

• 3+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience in a large law firm or sophisticated boutique
• Strong experience with acquisitions and dispositions, including title and survey matters
• Experience with development, joint ventures, finance, or leasing is a plus
• Strong academic credentials, superior drafting skills, and California bar admission or eligibility
