PrimeTalent is partnering with a national law firm to hire experienced attorneys for its default services practice. This is a fully remote role open to candidates across the United States.

As part of the team, you will handle bankruptcy matters, pursue relief from stay motions, objections, proofs of claim, plan issues, and court appearances, while managing foreclosure and replevin actions and working with a high-volume, process-driven team to move matters efficiently from referral to resolution.

PrimeTalent is partnering with an expanding national law firm to hire experienced attorneys for its default services practice. This is a fully remote role open to candidates across the United States.

About the Role

Our client represents creditors in bankruptcy, foreclosure, and replevin matters across multiple states. As the firm grows, they're adding attorneys who can manage a high-volume caseload and help build out their presence in key markets.
