Job summary

Lender Legal PLLC in Florida is seeking an experienced foreclosure attorney to join our remote Florida team. The position requires at least 1 year handling all aspects of mortgage foreclosure litigation in Florida, including title review, complaint drafting, motion practice, discovery, mediations, trials, and execution on judgments.

You will first-chair contested nonjury trials, take and defend depositions, and assist with legal research and appellate writing as needed, while serving clients

Qualifications

• Florida bar and good standing in florida.
• 1 year of mortgage foreclosure litigation experience in FL.
• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
• Willingness to travel across Florida (10%).
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.

Foreclosure Attorney - Remote

Fully remote position

Lender Legal PLLC, a creditors' rights law firm with a primary practice area of residential mortgage foreclosure, is currently seeking an experienced attorney to join our Florida team. Attorneys in this position will have a minimum of 1 year of experience handling all aspects of mortgage foreclosure litigation in Florida, including initial title review, complaint drafting, motion practice, discovery, mediations, trials, and execution on judgments. They will first-chair contested nonjury trials, take and defend depositions, and assist with legal research and writing on appellate matters as needed. They will work with both large and small financial institutions and investors.

• Compensation commensurate with experience.

Requirements

• Law degree from ABA accredited law school.
• License to practice law in the state of Florida and in good standing.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Florida mortgage foreclosure is required; real estate and/or title law experience is a plus.
• Have a good working knowledge of litigation and motion practice, generally.
• Willingness to travel as needed across the state of Florida (10%).
