Job summary

McCabe, Weisberg & Conway is seeking a DC and VA barred attorney to join our team handling a high-volume caseload in foreclosure, bankruptcy and related matters.

Ideal candidates JD in good standing, with experience in title, foreclosure or mortgage banking. Remote/Hybrid options may be offered after training; strong growth and partnership potential within a collegial, flexible firm.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in DC and VA.
• Juris Doctorate and in good standing.
• Experience with title, bankruptcy, foreclosure and mortgage banking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize a large caseload.
• Draft and review pleadings to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Attend hearings and status conferences; interact with clients, opposing counsel and MWC team.
• Provide creative solutions to mitigate client risk.
