Job summary

Orion Placement is seeking a licensed attorney for a full-time, on-site role in Philadelphia, with hybrid or remote flexibility after onboarding. The position focuses on foreclosure litigation for major lenders, requiring 2+ years of experience and PA Bar membership.

A clear partnership track and a signing bonus are offered. You will handle high-volume cases across foreclosure, eviction, bankruptcy, and REO matters, collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop strategic solutions.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctorate required.
  • Active member in good standing of the Pennsylvania Bar.
  • 2+ years of foreclosure litigation experience required.
  • Background in title, bankruptcy, and/or mortgage banking strongly preferred.
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and courtroom skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced, multi-office environment.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the firm at hearings, status conferences, and court proceedings.

  • Work across practice areas including foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, title claims, and REO closings.

Location: This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Philadelphia, PA office — with hybrid or remote flexibility introduced after the training period. We've designed it this way intentionally: the onboarding experience sets you up for long-term success.


Note: Candidates must hold a Juris Doctorate and be an active member in good standing of the Pennsylvania Bar. A minimum of 2+ years of foreclosure litigation experience (required). Applications without this background cannot be considered.
