What We Need

• Attorney in our Philadelphia, PA office with 2-3 years of Foreclosure litigation experience

• Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Managing and prioritizing a large caseload

Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing pleadings to ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations
• Attending hearings and status conferences
• Interacting with clients, opposing counsel and MWC team members
• Providing creative solutions to complex problems to mitigate client risk
