Job summary

McCabe, Weisberg & Conway, LLC is seeking a Litigation Attorney for their Pittsburgh, PA office. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Foreclosure/Creditor Rights litigation and a Juris Doctorate. You will be responsible for managing a large caseload and providing creative solutions to legal issues.

What We Need

• Litigation Attorney in our Pitsburgh, PA office with 5 years of Foreclosure/Creditor Rights litigation experience

• Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Managing and prioritizing a large caseload

Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing pleadings to ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations
• Attending hearings and status conferences
• Interacting with clients, opposing counsel and MWC team members
• Providing creative solutions to complex problems to mitigate client risk
