Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Room Attendant in Fort Sill, OK. You will maintain spotless guest rooms and assist guests with requests, while supporting a clean, welcoming environment for all visitors.

This physically demanding role requires standing most of the day and occasional heavy lifting, with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Training and uniform are provided to support your success.

Qualifications

• This is a physically demanding role requiring standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds / 23 kilograms.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain high housekeeping standards.
• Good customer service mindset to assist guests with requests and needs.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Make sure every guest room is maintained to the highest standard.
• Assist guests with needs and directions (e.g., toothbrushes, elevator).
• Monitor and control supplies to minimize waste.
• Reunite guests with lost or misplaced items.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects as needed.
