Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking dedicated hospitality professionals in Augusta to ensure every room is kept to the highest standard and to provide outstanding guest service. You’ll assist guests with everyday needs while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to a consistently excellent guest experience across all hotel services.

Qualifications

• Must be on your feet most of the day; fitness is important.
• Occasional lifting of items up to 50 pounds / 23 kilograms and/or push/pulling heavy objects.
• May need to bend and kneel to complete some activities.
• Flexible attitude to shifts – may be required to work nights, weekends and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Make sure every single room is at its absolute best for our guests.
• Help guests with requests (toothbrush, elevator) and assist them as needed.
• Keep your supervisor in the loop by advising them of progress or problems.
• Monitor and control supplies to minimise waste.
• Reunite guests with lost or misplaced items.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects.
