Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 3+ years office experience required; payroll experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with SAP Payroll preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Time and attendance duties using UKG Pro and SAP Payroll; monitor analytics.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for Plant Controller and assist in variance uploads to SAP.
• Support plant management with process monitoring in production areas; assist in self-audits.
• Handle miscellaneous tasks like records retention, PO receiving in SAP/Coupa, HR support.
• Availability for one Saturday per month to support closing duties.
