Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years office experience; payroll experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Tyson System, MS Office & Excel; SAP preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Assist plant supervision with time and attendance using UKG Pro and SAP Payroll.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports for the Plant Controller.
• Support payroll questions and training for supervisors.
• Assist with records retention, PO receiving in SAP/Coupa, and HR support.
• Manage employee supply processes and office inventory.
• Contribute to self-audits of critical processes as needed.
• May work on other plant management tasks and weekend duties.
