Job summary

Basic knowledge of AI Prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

Install ATM software to Virtual ATM Machines hosted on vSphere infrastructure and to Physical ATM Machines.
Update and patch Windows software to address CVEs.
Prepare and configure physical ATM hardware for tests.
Diagnose hardware issues and networking connectivity problems.
Coordinate repairs with on-site technicians for complex issues.
Install software to Physical ATMS using USB sticks and remote distribution tools (SCCM).
Review software installations for success or failure and remediate as needed.
