Everforth Apex is seeking an ATM Systems Engineer to support the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of an ATM Lab in Charlotte, NC. You will install software on ATM machines (virtual and physical), patch systems, and ensure devices operate for diverse test scenarios.

The role requires PowerShell and Python scripting, networking basics, ATM hardware experience, and collaboration with on-site technicians for more complex repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience with software distribution tools such as SCCM.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and perform software installations and updates.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Python scripting.
• Strong networking basics to diagnose connectivity issues.
• ATM hardware technician experience.
• Basic knowledge of AI prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and patch software on ATM machines (virtual and physical).
• Use remote distribution tools like SCCM and USB sticks.
• Review installations and remediate as needed.
• Prepare ATM hardware for testing and configure for test scenarios.
• Diagnose and fix basic hardware, networking, and connectivity issues.
• Coordinate with on-site technicians for complex hardware repairs.
