The ideal candidate has strong Windows administration, networking, and scripting skills (PowerShell, Python), with ATM hardware experience and familiarity with the Bank Horizon Platform; AI prompt engineering knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, configuring and patching software on Windows systems.
• Proficiency with SCCM for software distribution and patch management.
• Strong networking skills and scripting with PowerShell and Python.
• Familiarity with ATM hardware and the Bank Horizon Platform preferred.
• Basic knowledge of AI prompt engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration, deployment, and maintenance of ATM hardware and software in the Charlotte Lab.
• Install, configure, and patch ATM software on virtual and physical machines.
• Prepare ATM hardware for testing across various scenarios.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, network, and connectivity issues.
• Coordinate repairs with on-site technicians to minimize downtime.
