Responsibilities

• Install ATM software to Virtual ATM Machines hosted on vSphere infrastructure and to Physical ATM Machines.
• Update and patch Windows software to address CVEs.
• Prepare and configure physical ATM hardware for tests.
• Diagnose hardware issues and networking connectivity problems.
• Coordinate repairs with on-site technicians for complex issues.
• Install software to Physical ATMS using USB sticks and remote distribution tools (SCCM).
• Review software installations for success or failure and remediate as needed.

Position Summary

We seek a candidate to help support configuration, deployment, and maintenance of the Charlotte ATM Lab, combined with experience in software installation and configuration. Will be responsible for: Software Install, Configure Software and Patch (Windows)

• Install ATM software to Virtual ATM Machines (Hosted on vSphere infrastructure)
• Install ATM software to Physical ATM Machines
• Install Vulnerability Patches to address CVEs on Windows

Prepare Physical ATM hardware for test:

• Ensure all devices operative and in good working condition prior to test
• Configure physical devices to support different test scenarios
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware issues (faults/jams)
• Diagnose networking / connectivity issues
• Coordinate complicated repairs with on-site technicians

Install and Configure Software:

• Install software to Physical ATMS using USB sticks and remote distribution tools (SCCM)
• Install software to Virtual Machines
• Initiate scripted software installs to virtual machines
• Review software installations for success/failure and remediate failures
• Install software to Physical ATMS using remote distribution tools (SCCM)
