Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support configuration, deployment, and maintenance of ATM hardware and software in the Charlotte ATM Lab.
• Install, configure, and patch ATM software on both virtual and physical machines.
• Prepare physical ATM hardware for testing, ensuring devices are operational for various test scenarios.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, network, and connectivity issues efficiently.
• Coordinate repairs and troubleshooting with on-site technicians to minimize downtime.
