Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking Field Service Technicians II to service and support ATM and self-checkout systems in Long Island, NY. The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, customer communication, and on-site problem solving across a broad network environment.

Qualifications

• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity are required.
• Authorized to work in the United States and local geography as specified by NCR Atleos.
• Ability to perform essential job functions including travel and physically lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
