NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician II to support installation, maintenance, and repair of electromechanical devices such as ATMs and self-checkout systems within a defined territory. The role emphasizes customer service, reliability, and proactive issue resolution.

Ideal candidates have strong mechanical aptitude, basic electronics, and the ability to work with various systems. The position includes full-time hours with benefits and potential travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Local candidate for the geographic area.
• 1+ year of related experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record per NCR Atleos requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronics, and operating system familiarity.
• Willingness to travel up to multiple hours daily and rotating/weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution.
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
