Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking Field Service Technicians to install, maintain, and repair electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self-checkout systems across a defined territory. The role emphasizes customer service, problem solving, and hands-on learning through our training programs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related experience required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• Ability to travel and work rotating/weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment (ATMs and self-checkout) within territory.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system configuration issues.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Coordinate and triage customer issues with a focus on timely resolution.
