Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician II to service, install, and maintain ATM and self-checkout systems across an assigned territory. You will diagnose hardware, software, and networking issues, and perform proactive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates are technically curious, mechanically inclined, and customer-focused, with training provided and opportunities for career growth in a global service network.

Qualifications

• Local candidate for the geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• PC skills and basic electronics with operating system familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues to resolve problems proactively.
