Responsibilities

• Review and approve checks deposited through ATM and Mobile Capture channels.
• Manage and resolve ATM disputes promptly and accurately.
• Oversee ATM cash orders to ensure proper replenishment and security.
• Collaborate with team members to improve operational processes and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, disputes, and cash orders.
• Support audit and compliance activities related to ATM operations.
