Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Minimum 2 years Hyosung ATM Field Service Technician experience, or 4+ years in ATM field service with another manufacturer.
Ability to travel up to 50% when required.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Respond to incoming calls from Field Service Engineers with diagnostic guidance.
Document all work in the designated ticketing system.
Guide technicians through troubleshooting and repair procedures.
Diagnose hardware and software issues and escalate when needed.
Create and maintain knowledge base articles and instructional videos.
Travel to remote locations to support training initiatives.
Perform field assignments as directed by management.
