Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory across the United States. The role includes on-site repairs, software loading, and preventive maintenance with optional training of new technicians.

Some travel and on-call duties are required. The ideal candidate has an electronics/electro-mechanical background, the ability to use voltmeters, and experience with hand tools.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent preferred; 3–5 years field-service experience also acceptable.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to use hand tools and lift up to 80 lbs.
• Willingness to travel to other areas of the country as needed.
• On-call duty is required for all Field Service Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and perform maintenance on ATMs or related products within defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with internal/external support teams to deliver service and maintain SLAs.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, testing, and cleaning of ATM equipment.
• Manage spare parts and inventory in accordance with procedures.
• Complete administrative reports promptly.
• Operate with minimal supervision and provide excellent customer service.
• Adhere to security procedures and company policies.
