Cash Depot is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, repair, and remove ATMs and Air/Vac equipment across Knoxville, TN. You will work independently, manage schedules, and deliver hands-on service in customer locations.

The role emphasizes problem solving, strong customer service, and safe operations, with a Monday–Friday schedule, paid training, and opportunities for advancement within Field Service and Operations.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to safely lift and move equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, repair, and remove ATMs, Air/Vac equipment, and other Cash Depot products.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot electro-mechanical, hardware, and equipment issues.
• Complete software updates, diagnostics, and equipment testing.
• Meet department performance metrics related to efficiency, safety, and first-time fix rates.
• Maintain inventory and communicate parts and supply needs.
• Complete required service documentation accurately and on time.
