Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory. The role includes on-site repair, maintenance and replacement, with training of new Field Service Engineers and occasional travel.

You will collaborate with bank staff and internal teams to provide reliable service, manage spare parts, complete administrative reports, and work with minimal supervision. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in electronics or related field.
• ATM field service experience preferred but not required.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to travel to other areas of the country as needed.
• On-call duty may be required with compensation.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs in territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with support departments to provide maintenance.
• Maintain service levels as defined by contracts.
• Complete administrative reports in a timely manner.
